To address the issues of low service life, poor integrity, and insulation performance in traditional brick-lined medium and large aluminum transport ladles,our company has successfully developed a series of specialized castables suitable for various types of aluminum ladles. The main raw materials used include bauxite, corundum, mullite, spinel, alumina micropowder, zirconium composite micropowder, chromium oxide micropowder, and pure calcium aluminate cement. Depending on the ratios of these raw materials, the castables can be categorized into mullite-based and corundum-based types.
