Our company has developed and produced composite prefabricated components for baking furnace tops, using high-strength castables with high refractory temperatures in the lower high-temperature area, and lightweight insulating castables with a bulk density not exceeding 1.5g/cm3 in the upper non-high-temperature area. The main advantage of this design is the reduction of furnace surface temperature, which lowers the thermal radiation intensity experienced by operators and improves the operating environment temperature.
