By selecting appropriate aluminosilicate raw materials and incorporating special additives (primarily rare earth minerals and nanomaterials), we create a mixture through careful blending. When the liquid electrolyte seeps from the gaps in the carbon bricks of the electrolytic cell, it reacts to generate a dense glassy nepheline, effectively blocking the penetration and erosion of the liquid electrolyte. This significantly extends the service life of the electrolytic cell while offering advantages such as low bulk density, low thermal conductivity, high strength, and convenient application, making it an effective replacement for traditional refractory bricks in electrolytic cells.
