Details

Ceramic fiber boards are made from high-quality ceramic fiber loose cotton with a small amount of binder, using the vacuum forming method. They maintain good mechanical strength even after high-temperature heating. There are several grades available, including 1050°C, 1260°C, 1350°C, 1430°C, and 1600°C - 1800°C. As vacuum-formed products, ceramic fiber boards have high strength and can withstand gas flow erosion. They can be directly used as refractory lining materials for the hot face.
