Microporous Insulation Panel(MIP) M 1000 Series are super thermal insulation products that use high-performance materials such as nanoscale-fumed silica, high silica fibers, and opacifier as substrates, and have the best insulation performance in the temperature range of 500℃-1000 ℃.

Extremely low shrinkage: 1000 ℃ continuous heating on one side for 12 hours, the typical value is 0.5%
Application temperature range: 950-1100 ℃
Good thermal performance: less specific heat, low heat storage, and excellent thermal shock resistance.

Wrapping
Wrapping on micro-porous insulation boards adds two major advantages: First, greatly reduced dust. Second, it provides additional reinforcement, which reduces the risk of damage to the product during use.
Different wrapping types available for different industries and applications: aluminum foil, POF heat shrinkable film, fiberglass cloth, etc.
