The most notable feature of the new refractory bricks for flue walls is their excellent thermal conductivity, which improves heat transfer within the flue walls, raises the temperature of the charging box, facilitates product baking, reduces baking time, and lowers fuel consumption. This product exhibits a characteristic of slight expansion at high temperatures, extending the service life of the baking furnace while addressing existing issues such as low high-temperature flexural strength of refractory bricks, significant cracking of walls due to size shrinkage during high-temperature use, and high-temperature creep rates.
