The high-alumina refractory bricks for the flue walls of the carbon baking furnace, produced by our company, incorporate raw materials such as andalusite, mullite, alumina, and blue crystals. These bricks are fired at a high temperature of 1500℃ , effectively addressing the shortcomings of traditional refractory bricks for flue walls, which include high creep rate at elevated temperatures, high porosity, low refractoriness under load, and poor thermal stability. This significantly enhances the high-temperature volume stability of the refractory bricks, making them an ideal product for extending the lifespan of baking furnaces.
